We use implant retained crowns or bridges to restore single or multiple missing teeth. Should you be missing most of your natural teeth and need full teeth replacement, your options include conventional partial or complete dentures, as well as implant or bar retained dentures. Other options include converting your removable partials or dentures to fixed/non-removable restorations for better oral stability. We also offer more traditional dental services, such as crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, and tooth whitening. Also, quick replacement options are available so that you avoid going without teeth following implant placement.
If you are looking for state-of-the-art, computer designed dental restorations; single and multiple tooth replacement; or fixed, hybrid, complete or partial dentures, seeing a Prosthodontist is your best bet. Dr. Julie Phillips is located right here in Greensboro.
